All
reports of violations of the following listed ethics will be reviewed
by the Board with a chance for defense of the violation on behalf
of the offender. If found guilty, automatic suspension and/or termination
of the offender’s membership will result.
- Endangering the lives of fellow club members
- Abuse of any animal
- Disrespectful display of any animal whose
life was given for our sport
- Disorderly conduct at club function (intoxication,
use of non-prescription drugs, belligerence)
- Any suspension by the AKC for misconduct
will carry a like sentence from the WARC
- Any behavior that may be construed as
detrimental to the reputation of and/or development of Waterloo
Amateur Retriever Club or it’s membership will be grounds
for immediate dismissal from all club functions and cancellation
of membership.
The undersigned
has read the above Code of Ethics, Constitution and By Laws, fully
understands them and agrees to abide by these Code of Ethics, as
well as the Club’s By Laws and Constitution.
