Join the Waterloo Amateur Retriever Club Thank you for your interest in joining the Waterloo Amateur Retriever Club. To apply for membership: Print the Membership Application and complete it. Print the Code of Ethics, read it, and sign it if you agree to abide by it's provisions. Print the Land Waiver read it, and sign it if you agree to abide by it's provisions. Submit the completed Membership Application, the signed Code of Ethics, the signed Land Waiver, and the appropriate membership dues to the address on the membership application form.
